  • Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Participant Cancellations

    We understand that schedules change. Our refund structure for live events is as follows:

    • More than 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.

    • Within 30 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, as resources and materials are committed based on attendance numbers.

    • Submission: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.

    2. Ticket Transfers

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at any time prior to the start of the event.

    • Process: You must contact us in writing to provide the new participant’s name and contact information.

    • Responsibility: The original registrant is responsible for any financial arrangements or coordination regarding the transfer.

    3. Event Changes or Cancellation by Mitchel Schwindt

    Mitchel Schwindt reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or low enrollment).

    In the event of a cancellation on our part, registered participants will be offered the choice of:

    • A credit transfer to a future scheduled event or equivalent digital program.

    • A full refund of the registration fee.

    Please Note: Our liability is limited strictly to the registration fees paid. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel, lodging, or other personal expenses incurred by the participant.
