These Terms of Purchase apply to all paid programs, workshops, digital products, and services offered through www.mitchelschwindt.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a specific payment plan is explicitly offered.
If a payment plan is selected:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments on the dates specified at checkout.
Failure to complete payments may result in the immediate suspension of access to services, digital materials, or community platforms until the account is brought current.
2. Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content (including courses, downloads, and templates), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Coaching Services
Scheduling: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance via the provided booking system.
Rescheduling: Policies regarding rescheduling or cancellations will be provided at the time of engagement.
Forfeiture: Missed sessions without prior notice ("no-shows") may be forfeited without a refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Chargebacks
By purchasing services or products, you agree to resolve any billing disputes directly with us in good faith. You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider or bank without first contacting our support team to reach a resolution.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies specifically to live workshops, seminars, and scheduled events offered by Mitchel Schwindt. For digital products and coaching services, please refer to our Terms of Purchase.
1. Participant Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. Our refund structure for live events is as follows:
More than 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
Within 30 Days of Event: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, as resources and materials are committed based on attendance numbers.
Submission: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at any time prior to the start of the event.
Process: You must contact us in writing to provide the new participant’s name and contact information.
Responsibility: The original registrant is responsible for any financial arrangements or coordination regarding the transfer.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation by Mitchel Schwindt
Mitchel Schwindt reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or low enrollment).
In the event of a cancellation on our part, registered participants will be offered the choice of:
A credit transfer to a future scheduled event or equivalent digital program.
A full refund of the registration fee.
Please Note: Our liability is limited strictly to the registration fees paid. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel, lodging, or other personal expenses incurred by the participant.
